Sulfatides Analysis Service

Sulfatide (ST) is an acid glycosphingolipid, which is widely present in various tissues, organs and blood components of the human body. ST is a multifunctional molecule that plays an important role in multiple systems and plays an important pathophysiological role in the pathogenesis of different diseases, including nervous system, cardiovascular system, autoimmune system, tumor and infection, etc. . Abnormal metabolism or expression changes of sulfatides can cause many diseases.

Creative Proteomics provides LC-MS/MS technology platform to provide you with sulfatide detection services, aiming to accelerate related basic research and clinical prevention and treatment of various related diseases.

Our Sulfatide Analysis Service

Absolute quantification: Use external standard method to quantify, and use internal standard for correction, qualitative and quantitative is more accurate.

High sensitivity: We use liquid chromatography coupled with triple quadrupole mass spectrometers for sulfatide analysis service (Triple Quad™ 6500 LC-MS/MS System).

Sample Requirements

We routinely cover a rich variety of sample types, including cells, conditioned medium, tissue, blood, plasma for our customer.

All of the samples were shipped via dry ice, and stored at -80°C for future use.

Why Choose Us?

  • Currently, a reliable and reproducible method using highly sensitive LC-MS/MS platform for the identification and quantification of sulfatide in different sample types has been established by the scientists at Creative Proteomics, which can satisfy the needs of academic and industrial study in your lab.
  • A detailed report will be provided at the end of the whole project, including the experiment procedure, MS/MS instrument parameter, raw data and data reports with figures, ready to be published.
