We can analyze a wide range of samples, covering subcellular compartments, bacteria, yeast, other microorganisms, cultured cells, skin tapes, body fluids, blood and plasma, tissues, and organs such as liver, brain, etc. as well as oils, milk, plants, foods, and Chinese traditional medicines. Our services require only a minimal amount of samples per analysis.

Creative Proteomics' full-service facility supports data processing (e.g., data alignment, feature detection), feature prioritization (e.g., principal component analysis, heat maps, ANOVA/t-test, multivariate statistical analysis, self-organizing maps, volcano plots, and network activity prediction), and lipid identification.

A detailed report will be provided at the end of the project, including the experiment procedure, MS/MS instrument parameters, raw data, and figures that are ready to be published.
