Lipoxins are one such anti-inflammatory, pro-resolving molecule that is secreted by immune cells such as neutrophils and macrophages. Lipoxins are endogenous anti-inflammatory, pro-resolving molecules that play a vital role in reducing excessive tissue injury and chronic inflammation.
Lipoxins regulate components of both the innate and adaptive immune systems including neutrophils, macrophages, T-, and B-cells. Lipoxins also modulate levels of various transcription factors such as nuclear factor κB, activator protein-1, nerve growth factor-regulated factor 1A binding protein 1, and peroxisome proliferator activated receptor γ and control the expression of many inflammatory genes.
Lipoxins play an important role in clinical research to treat a wide range of diseases like inflammatory disorders, renal fibrosis, cerebral ischemia, and cancer.

Creative Proteomics provides comprehensive lipoxins targeted lipidomics services from lipid extraction, lipid detection and data analysis for biomedical research institutions, biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies.
Absolute quantification: Use external standard method to quantify, and use internal standard for correction, qualitative and quantitative is more accurate.
High sensitivity: We use liquid chromatography coupled with triple quadrupole mass spectrometers for lipoxins analysis service (Triple Quad™ 6500 LC-MS/MS System).

We routinely cover a rich variety of sample types, including cells, conditioned medium, exosome, serum, plasmafor our customer.
Extraction of lipids should be performed right after sample collection steps, otherwise, samples should be stored at -80°C, and shipped with dry ice.
After sample collection, you can either perform sample pretreatment, or contact us for specific sample pretreatment service.
