Lipid metabolism is mediated by many aspects. Any changes in synthesis or degradation pathways may lead to changes in the overall lipid homeostasis. Untargeted lipidomics can be used to analyze changes in the entire system after specific stimuli.
In certain diseases or pathogenic conditions, determining the type and amount of lipids that are altered can reveal the mechanism of the disease. In addition, untargeted lipidomics can also be used for the discovery of biomarkers for various diseases including diabetes and obesity, cardiovascular disease, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, psychosis and cancer.
Creative Proteomics provides reliable, fast, and cost-effective mammalian untargeted lipidomics to accelerate your project.
We have a complete technology platform for identification and quantification of mammalian lipidomics, including MS, GC, HPLC or LC-MS, GC-MS. The combination of chromatographic methods (such as GC or HPLC) and MS can greatly increase the lipid coverage.

Data analysis includes PCA, PLS-DA, PLS-R and univariate statistics. Generate a lipid list and classify the data based on the selected statistical test (f-test, t-test or regression and export list) for further analysis, such as enrichment and KEGG pathway analysis.
We can accept a variety of sample types, including cells, conditioned media, exosomes, tissues, serum, plasma, breast milk, skin, urine, biological fluids, and mitochondria.
Store at -80℃ after quick freezing in liquid nitrogen; send on dry ice.
